What is the VVIP Reward Event?

This is a VVIP-exclusive event that grants special rewards to players who have existing GNJOY accounts from their respective regions. 

Warning Please note that GNJOY account registered from MYGNJOY will not receive VVIP codes 

  


How to Obtain These VVIP Rewards?

VVIP codes will be sent to the email address used to register for your respective GNJOY service (except for GNJOY TH users). Once received, you can enter the code on the  VVIP Reward Event page. Once the code is entered successfully, the text box will display "VVIP CODE registered".

   

Notes

GNJOY TH users will need to retrieve the VVIP code from the GNJOY TH website

 Why Have I Not Received This VVIP Code?

As there is a large number of players in the community, VVIP codes are delivered to each player's email address sequentially. Therefore, we appreciate your patience and cooperation while you wait for the code.

Notes  If you are an existing user of  4game, you might not receive the code if consent to receive marketing-related emails was disabled during account creation. In this case, please contact 4game Support for further assistance with the VVIP code.
